Washington cornerback Marcus Peters, an all-Pac 12 second-team selection last season, has been dismissed from the Huskies program, according to a report from The Seattle Times.
The Times said Peters has gotten into multiple arguments with coaches in the past week, including one during a win over Colorado, and he missed practice.
This is the latest in a string of incidents involving the junior from Oakland, Calif., who was assessed a personal foul after he head-butted an Eastern Washington receiver and then threw his helmet and gloves, earning him a one-game suspension.
Peters is the ninth player to be dismissed or suspended under new coach Chris Petersen. He leads the team with three interceptions.
